All items here at Lux & Co. are hand painted, personalised and made to order.

Due to the time, effort and love that goes into each and every product, please allow a 5 - 7 business day turnaround time on orders to be processed.

(This excludes the Wedding range which currently has a 1-2 week turnaround time)

If you require an item urgently, please get in touch before placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate.

If you are looking to order Wedding items, please allow as much notice as physically possible and we will be in touch to discuss details.

As a small business we are constantly inundated with boxes from orders we receive to be able to create your items and it pains us how many perfectly good boxes we break down to recycle every single day.

So going forward (at least for now) - if the size of your orders suit a previously used (but in great condition) box, we will be using these to ship your items.

We've all got to play our part in helping to save the planet right?!

If your order is a gift for someone and being sent directly to the gift recipient, we will of course ship this in a new box, just let us know at checkout

If you wish to have an item with added personalisation, please be sure to leave the names and details in the NOTES SECTION AT CHECKOUT or pop an email across to Luxandcocreations@gmail.com after ordering.

Refund policy

We have a 7 -day return policy, which means you have 7 days after your item is delivered, to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at luxandcocreations@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

If your return is due to a faulty item and your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

If you wish to return your item due to a change of mind and your return and refund is accepted, you will be required to cover the cost of the return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
